Damaged Items and Exchange Policy
  • If you receive a damaged item, please contact our customer service within 1 day of receiving your order. Provide your order number and a photo of the damaged item.
  • We will arrange for an exchange of the damaged product. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • Please note that we do not offer refunds or returns for any products. Exchanges are only available for damaged items.
